Provider Surveys

Providers throughout the CABHC Counties are surveyed annually to assess their satisfaction with our HealthChoices BH-MCO, PerformCare. The feedback provided through these surveys enables CABHC to monitor and manage the effectiveness of PerformCare’s interaction with the provider network. PerformCare also conducts provider surveys and provides feedback on CABHC surveys. These surveys and response documents are presented here.
